Dr. Korinna Hatvany - mobile vet

Animals have been a significant part of my life since childhood. Growing up in the countryside, our home was filled with adopted dogs, cats, bunnies, and turtles. I have been actively helping shelters and veterinary clinics for many years, and in 2022, my dream came true when I became a doctor of veterinary medicine.
Since graduating, I have been practicing both in clinics and through home visits. My favorite area is internal medicine, but I also perform surgical procedures as part of my practice. At home, I am greeted by an elderly mixed-breed dog and a rescued cat.
During house calls, my goal is to provide examinations and treatments that can be performed at home in a stress-free and calm environment for the animal, utilizing my professional expertise to the fullest.

About my work

Home treatment provides an opportunity to make veterinary care comfortable and stress-free for you and your pets.
No long waits, no inconvenience transportation and anxiety for the animal.
While home treatment options are limited, if necessary and your pet requires clinical care, I will refer them to trustworthy, suitable facilities. Transparency is a key value in my work.
You can schedule appointments via phone, text/WhatsApp or email. If I am with a patient and unable answer, I will return your call as soon as possible.

When am I not the right person for you?

Unfortunately, I am unable to provide nighttime or 24-hour care. For 24-hour emergency services, you can visit clinics in Budapest such as Supervet Veterinary Hospital and Budapesti Állatkórház.
I only perform euthanasia when it is necessary to alleviate an animal's suffering. I do not euthanize healthy, bored, or unwanted pets.
